Mark's first sales in 1979 were in Thomas Street and Commercial Road in South Fremantle and he has kept on selling local properties since, clocking up the most sales of any individual Fremantle agent since that time.
His business is based on objective, authentic advice and local knowledge; this platform has created 'repeat business' rarely encountered at this level.
Very approachable, living, socializing and supporting locals from many fronts he is continuing to assist the local scene from his perfectly placed South Fremantle office.
Away from doing business Mark, Judy, Loahna and Iris can be found at their beach house on the South West coast, on his old cabin cruiser at Garden Island and Rotto or South Beach with Wolfhound 'Scout'.
I think I was born to sell real estate and especially around Fremantle. With a Father in the industry and a long rich tapestry of family history around the port city dating back to the 1800's when my Great Grandmother attended Beaconsfield Primary. Now with my girls being fifth generation I'm loving the changing face and renewed enthusiasm the young are bringing to our colourful community and lifestyle.
I have been selling real estate since 1992 and have been working with Mark since 2000. In 2005 I completed Diploma of Business (Real Estate). I still love my job, the interaction with people from all walks of life to no two days ever being the same. My negotiation skills and professional approach have been honed over the years to individualise every client's expectations and deliver the service and commitment exceeding their requirements to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone.
Lindy has very strong links to Fremantle and East Fremantle and has spent most of her life living in these suburbs. Her parents, paternal and maternal grandparents were all ‘Freo’ people, in fact her parents both grew up in the same street in East Fremantle! Lindy has purchased and renovated a number of old homes in Fremantle and East Fremantle in the past twenty years and has a keen eye to detail in respect to period homes.
After a very successful and rewarding 23 year career in the computing industry and then an extended break to have children Lindy decided to return to the workforce and a new career path - real estate! Lindy worked as a personal assistant in rural and residential sales before joining Mark Brophy’s boutique agency as office manager in 2012. Lindy also has her sales registration so she is well equipped to assist in every aspect associated with the sale of real estate.
When Lindy is not working she loves spending quality time with her partner Joe and their two beautiful daughters, Natasha and Samantha.
